Timber Building Information
- Doors are pre-hung and simply slot into place during installation. Glazed doors use individual panes of 4mm float glass.
- Wall boards are 28mm thick and produced using whitewood to practically eliminate knots which can drop out and leave holes. The baords are kiln-dried and planed for a smooth finish. Single tongue and groove.
- Windows are fitted with individual panes of 4mm float glass. All windows are hinged and include casemen stay.
- Windows can be fitted to either side of the building during installation. They are pre-hung so the whole unit simply slots into place.
- All cabins supplied with door hardware including a european cylinder with morticed lock.
- Floors are pre-fabricated sections (28mm, kiln-dried, planed tongue and groove boards secured over 38mm bearers). Sections slot together to form a solid, durable floor.
- Roof is made up of pre-fabricated sections of 16mm tongue and groove baords. Storm braces supplied to secure roof in windy weather.
- the interlocking feature of the wall boards makes installation simple and provides a sturdy, solid structure.
