Kebony Character Decking

Kebony Character® is a durable, modified softwood produced from Scots Pine, offering a natural, rustic appearance with distinctive knots and characterful grain patterns.
 
Featuring a coarse texture and a straight to interlocked grain, Kebony Character® combines the traditional charm of natural timber with enhanced durability, making it an excellent choice for outdoor applications.
 
With a Class 2 durability rating, Kebony Character® provides excellent resistance to decay and is particularly well suited to decking, cladding and other external timber projects.
Unlike Kebony Clear®, Kebony Character® contains untreated heartwood and should not be further machined or split, as this may expose untreated timber. Any exposed end grain following cross-cutting must be treated with a suitable anti-fungal wood preservative.
